Skepta adds The Streets, Mahalia, JME and more to Big Smoke Festival line up

When I went on insta last night as saw the first announcement trailer for Skepta's inaugural 'Big Smoke Festival' lineup a audibly cheered. This is easily one of the most exciting rap-centred lineups I've seen in the UK since Lovebox's last iteration in 2019.

Onto the lineup itself though and I don't think it could've possibly been bigger. Obviously Skepta's return to the stage is massive but he's supported by other royalty in the form of Mike Skinner's 'The Streets', Mahalia and his own brother JME.

Further down we've got The Den featuring BBK royalty Frisco, MC titan Flowdan and producer legend Sir Spyro which is a recipe for one of the best sets of the summer.

Over on the Mas Tiempo stage we've got DJ sets from Skepta himself, Jammer, Loco Dice and many more.

With a capacity bigger than the O2 this is one of the most exciting events of the 2024 summer and we've barely broken into the year yet.

Tickets are available here.
