Nothing But Thieves announce fourth album 'Dead Club City'

Nothing But Thieves have made their long-awaited return with the groovy, disco-riffs on their comeback track 'Welcome to the DCC', alongside the announcement of a new album Dead Club City.

Released yesterday, the track came after weeks of extensive teasing and the opening of an online portal called the 'Dead Club City' for mailing list subscribers, teasing what has proved to be a lyric "All the heaven, all the time."

Their fourth album - or 'city' - will be released on 7th July, nearly three years on from their seminal third record Moral Panic, which saw the band step up to arenas all over the UK. With 'Welcome to the DCC' we have a sound to match: high-end production, a signature swashbuckling guitar line and Conor Mason's mind-blowing vocals over the top.

Conor featured on Episode 8 of The GROAT Podcast, where he spoke about his solo project 'Man-Made Sunshine' and how it differed to writing with the full Nothing But Thieves gang. You can check out that episode below, alongside our latest Episode 11 where we broke down the riff in 'Welcome to the DCC'.

UK fans can catch Nothing But Thieves at Reading & Leeds Festivals this summer, and you can listen to 'Welcome To The DCC' below:
