Hannah Grae lays down marker with 'I Never Say No'

Pop-punk meets Gen Z in 2023: Hannah Grae is the UK's latest megastar to bring sounds we know and love into the present day, contemporising her accessible brand of rebellious, cathartic pop-punk.

Her newest single 'I Never Say No' is an important chapter in her rapidly accelerating musical career, seeing her take control of her songwriting and empty out her own mind, in a raw form that shies away from 'sugar-coated' metaphors.

The track is an instant sing-along and sounds colossal in a live environment, as can be confirmed by GROAT who attended her Camden Assembly show last month.

The pre-chorus is the track's highlight, with Hannah ramping up the aggression and allowing the guitar chords to take a back seat before crashing back into the chorus.

Hannah's sound is already so accessible to a range of audiences just three songs into her discography, and this is evident in her eclectic summer 2023 festival schedule, which will surely get even busier. It includes heavy rock crowds at 2000 Trees, massive European audiences at Madrid's Mad Cool and a rite-of-passage slot at Brighton's The Great Escape.
