Foo Fighters are back!

Foo Fighters have shared details of their first show back since the tragic death of their long-term drummer Taylor Hawkins in March 2022.

Hawkins was honoured with two enormous tribute concerts in London and Los Angeles, featuring star-studded line-ups and a 50-song set at Wembley Stadium celebrating one of the greatest drummers of all time.

While the likes of Travis Barker, Rufus Taylor and Chad Smith filled in for Hawkins that night, the future of the band remained in the balance. Yet, just a few months on, Foo Fighters have shared news of their return to the live circuit.

They will headline Boston Calling on 26th May 2023, with good friends Queens of the Stone Age and Hawkins' old bandmate Alanis Morissette among the other headliners.

While the new line-up of the band is yet to be confirmed, fans can breathe a sigh of relief that the ruling titans of modern rock are back at doing what they do best, much sooner than expected.

It will be a new chapter for the Foos, and we can only hope that they will make a return to their beloved UK at some point in 2023.

Tickets for Boston Calling 2023 are on sale now.
