Sad Boys Club have released alt-rock number 'Delicious', taken from their forthcoming album Lullabies From The Lightning Tree which arrives in May.
The catchy lead vocal lines take us back to bands like The XCERTS, offering a neat level of depth and colour that rise up a notch when the guitar stabs join the party.
The bassline dominates the song, and it's the mark of a group who are clearly refining the recipe for a generational indie-rock anthem with each new release.
Lullabies From The Lightning Tree will be out on 5th May, and shortly after that you can catch Sad Boys Club on a UK tour. This concludes with an enormous date at Hackney's Oslo on May 17th.
