Deijuvhs is no stranger to combining eclectic sounds, having introduced trap, metal, drum and bass and much more in his catalogue to date.

With 'Seraphim', we see a new manifestation of this sound, opening with a roaring nu-metal riff that pays homage to the likes of Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park's 'Lying From You', which is more than fitting given today's release of the 20th anniversary edition of Meteora.

Deijuvhs is exemplifying how a sound rooted in history can be contemporised, carrying a similar, relevant message of breaking free. Structurally, the tracks ebbs and flows between heavier sections and vulnerable interludes, before circling back to that bone-crushing riff.

Speaking on 'Seraphim', Deijuvhs says: "'Seraphim’ is about my own self doubt and trying to break free from that way of thinking. Nu Metal is one of my favourite genres and I wanted to show homage to it, but also modernise that whole sound with my producer Mattu.”

Deijuvhs will be heading out around the UK over the next few weeks, including festival dates in Scotland, Wales and Brighton - at The Great Escape festival. He will also play a headline show at London's Signature Brew on 12th May, and tickets are on sale here.
