Field Day, part of the All Points East string of events, has just announced its 2023 lineup and it's massive.
To start with we have two of the biggest names in electronic, Aphex Twin and Bonobo, headlining the festival. Aphex Twin has been away since 2019 and even then was an extremely hard artist to actually catch live.
But don't worry, for those not excited by Aphex Twin and Bonobo, this line-up goes deep.
For bigger names on the lineup, we have Arca, fresh off of four album releases last year in the form of Kick two through five, bringing her abstract, genre-melding bangers to the table. We also have electronic legend Jon Hopkins, essential house artist Jayda G, the much sought-after SBTRKT and 2023 dominating Sudan Archives.
Some personal favourites lower down the lineup are Kai Campos from Mount Kimbie, TSHA and Actress. Whoever books this festival clearly has their ear to the ground with groundbreaking, boundary-pushing artists because this is some of the absolute best in the electronic scene right.
